St. Timothy's students and teachers attended the annual Hong Kong Sevens (HK7s) at the Kai Tak Stadium. The HK7s, Hong Kong's premier sporting event, has successfully concluded! This year was particularly meaningful for our St. Timothy students and teachers, as we had the opportunity to personally experience the 50th anniversary of the HK7s at the Kai Tak Stadium.
Many students were visiting this world-class landmark, the Kai Tak Sports Park, for the first time. Everyone was awestruck by the stadium's grand scale and comprehensive facilities, exclaiming in amazement! The enthusiastic atmosphere further ignited their passion, allowing them to deeply appreciate the charm of rugby.
We sincerely thank the Hong Kong Rugby Federation for their strong support and arrangements, making this event not only a chance to watch the games but also a valuable learning opportunity. The organization provided guided tours, allowing students to experience a top-level international competition firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of the history and rules of rugby through professional explanations.
