Our School Cultural Day was successfully held, featuring three exciting English activity zones: Reading is FUN, Mini KOL Studio, and English AI Zone. The event provided kindergarten guests and our students with an engaging and immersive English learning experience.
Each activity zone was supported by five to eight English Student Ambassadors. With confidence and enthusiasm, they guided participants through the activities and demonstrated excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Reading is FUN
At the Reading is FUN zone, student ambassadors used reading pens to explore English storybooks together with the children. Through audio support and interactive guidance, participants were fully engaged in the stories. The joyful atmosphere transformed reading into a lively and shared learning experience.
Mini KOL Studio
The Mini KOL Studio attracted tremendous interest from participants. Student ambassadors assisted children in filming short video clips featuring various action verbs. In front of the camera, children confidently demonstrated different actions, making the learning process both dynamic and memorable.
The recorded clips were compiled into lively English vocabulary videos and uploaded to the school website. This platform allowed students to showcase their creativity and express themselves as emerging English KOLs.
English AI Zone
The English AI Zone introduced students to innovative AI-powered English learning tools.
Through Gimkit, an interactive online learning platform, students reinforced their English knowledge in an exciting and competitive environment. The enthusiasm and energy in the room reflected their heightened motivation.
Students also explored AI MAGIC, a storybook generation tool. After creating their own story ideas, the system transformed them into beautifully illustrated e-books. Seeing their stories come to life brought immense satisfaction and inspired many to see themselves as young authors.
The Cultural Day activities enriched students’ English learning journey while nurturing leadership skills among our student ambassadors. Through reading, creativity, and technology, English learning became more interactive, meaningful, and future-oriented.
