ELTA
The role of the English Language Teaching Assistants (ELTAs) is to provide assistance for local English teachers, and create an authentic English environment for building the students' interest in learning English. They are the native-speakers of English.
ELTAs mainly teach phonics, poetry and TSA speaking practice. They also hold different English activities and language activities during recess.
