Our school invited Dr. Wu Shanhui, one of the first recipients of the Education Bureau's Leading Teacher Award, and his teaching team (The Chinese University of Hong Kong Alumni Association Chan Chun Ha Secondary School) to share their curriculum reform experience in the Chinese subject. The team highlighted how they utilize the Coaching model to lead colleagues with empathy in promoting the development of the Chinese subject and fostering a collaborative and professional atmosphere. They also shared their practical experience in radio drama teaching, using voice acting to enhance students' language skills and learning interest, inspiring our Chinese department colleagues to explore the possibilities of integrating radio drama into teaching and injecting new thinking into curriculum design.
