Fun and Friends Reading Programme

This year, our school has made use of the EDB one-off grant to introduce the Fun and Friends Reading Programme, an engaging and interactive English learning platform designed to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.

Dedicated to putting the fun back into learning, the programme has been developed in collaboration with educators from leading universities such as Stanford, Harvard, and Oxford, as well as professional animators from Nickelodeon. Through a wide range of exciting stories and adventures, students are motivated to explore English in a lively and immersive way.

Aligned with our school curriculum, students can read books at levels appropriate to their abilities. The programme also provides opportunities for them to practise different language skills, including reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and listening. Constructive feedback and assessment support are built into the system, along with teacher guidance and interactive games that reinforce learning in an enjoyable way.

In addition to language development, the programme incorporates important morals and positive values. By participating in the Fun and Friends Reading Programme, students gain not only improved English proficiency but also meaningful life lessons that support their whole-person development.

We look forward to seeing our students grow in confidence and develop a lifelong love for reading through this enriching programme.
