Disciplines to be followed before class
- Students can enter the school at 7:35 am and go directly to the auditorium to wait.
- Flag-raising ceremony, Chinese morning prayers, English morning assembly, morning exercises, enter the auditorium and wait.
- Thursday 7:45-8:00 is the time for homework submission and early reading. Students should sit down in their chairs and keep quiet. Starting at 8:00, students must complete the work seriously Breathing exercises.
- You must keep to the left when going up and down stairs, keep quiet and obey order.
- Students who are late should hand the handbook to the lobby information desk staff for recording.
Disciplines to be followed during class
- Students must raise their hands before asking questions or answering
- Sitting posture must be correct

- Respect other people’s speeches and ideas
- Before going to other special rooms or venues, you must form a neat team in front of the blackboard; you must be self-disciplined and abide by the rules when going up and down the stairs

Disciplines to be followed when transferring to another class
- Students can do the following when transferring to another class:
- Prepare textbooks or supplies for the next class
- Copying Manual
- Quiet self-study
- Read books quietly
- Do your homework
- Follow the teacher’s instructions and be led by the monitor to read aloud
First short break (relaxing short break)
- All students took a break in the auditorium, playground, and library
- Students must abide by the rules of the venue when they arrive at the activity venue for activities. For example: Library Code.
- For a relaxing break, you can line up to play with dolls and egg machines, or line up to visit the snack machine.
- Students can eat freely during recess, but the playground should be kept clean.
- Before arriving at the auditorium, you must line up first and do not rush to be the first, and students should not stay in the classroom.
Second short break (dynamic short break)
- All students went to the auditorium, playground, computer room, and social work room for a break.
- During recess, students can skip rope, play hula hoops, play table tennis and other sports.
- Dynamic breaks include queuing up to play with dolls and egg machines, and queuing up to visit snack machines.
- When arriving at the auditorium, students must line up first and do not rush to be first, and students should not stay in the classroom. Students should keep quiet when going to the activity venue and should not rush or chase.
- Students must abide by the rules of the venue when they arrive at the venue for activities. For example: computer room rules.
- Students must walk on the left in corridors or when going up and down stairs
- Students are free to eat, but they should keep the playground clean.
Disciplines to be followed during lunch
- Wash your hands and take out the dining mat and tableware before eating.
- The chef will finish distributing the food first.
- If students encounter problems with meals, they should first consult their teachers or lunch staff for assistance.
- All students please sit down in your seats.
- The class teacher/prayer leader leads the whole class to recite the “Thanksgiving Prayer” together.

- Students should chew slowly when eating and keep the classroom clean.
- If an announcement is made, students must stop eating, put their hands on the table, sit upright on their chairs, and listen attentively to the announcement.
Third short break (ME-TIME short break)
- After lunch, students must stay in the classroom to engage in static activities, such as playing chess, reading, reviewing, playing with school tools, etc.
- During recess, students must sit down and perform static activities.
- Students should be self-disciplined and classroom doors should be opened to allow teachers to inspect the classroom.
- Students must pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene when eating in the classroom.
- Pay attention to cleanliness when using the restroom, flush the toilet and wash hands after use; waste should be placed in the trash can.
- If students do not comply with discipline, they will be noted and suspended from activities, and will be supervised by the teacher on duty. Students who violate the rules may be required to participate in disciplinary training during lunchtime activities.
- When the class preparation bell rings, students must return to their seats, quietly prepare for class, sit on their chairs, and keep quiet.
Students carry mobile phones/smart watches/tablet devices
In today's era, the use of personal smart products is very common. However, these products are valuable items that are prone to theft and may distract students during class. To this end, the school would like to remind parents to warn their children not to bring personal smart products (such as smartphones and smart watches) back to school. If parents need to contact their children during school hours, please call the school office directly to make arrangements. If parents think it is necessary for their children to bring mobile phones back to school, they must apply to the school in advance and can only bring mobile phones after approval. Application forms are available from the class teacher. Students are required to follow the following guidelines:
- After students return to school in the morning, they will be placed in a storage box and temporarily stored by the school. They can only be collected after school.
- Smartphones/smartwatches are for use outside of school only to communicate with parents or guardians. It must be closed and not used at any time while on campus.
- Mobile phones are valuable items and students are required to keep them properly.
- Students are not allowed to display or use any functions of their mobile phones on campus, including making calls, surfing the Internet, sending text messages, playing games, calculating, recording, recording, taking photos, and using alarm clocks, etc. This regulation also applies to after-school classes, sports meets, graduation ceremonies and various activities organized by the school.
- If students are unable to comply with the above guidelines, the school will educate them according to the school-based discipline mechanism.
- If the situation continues, the school will consider prohibiting the relevant students from bringing mobile phones back to school. In order to allow students to focus on their studies, we urge parents to work closely with the school to teach their children to be self-disciplined and self-respecting and to create a safe, healthy and orderly learning environment.
