STEAM Innovation and Technology Education

STEAM is a collective term consisting of five disciplines: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. The goal of STEAM education is to enhance students' comprehensive and applied knowledge, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities by cultivating students' interest in innovative technology.

In line with the general direction of Hong Kong's future development of innovation and technology, our school has school-based STEAM courses from Primary 1 to Primary 6, covering artificial intelligence (AI), Scratch programming, Micro:bit programming (Coding), drone programming, LEGO car programming, Emerging technology learning elements such as VR/AR metaverse, App Inventer programming, laser engraving and cutting, 3D design, Internet of Things, etc. It also collaborates across subjects with general knowledge and mathematics to promote STEAM education in a popular, interesting and diversified way, enrich students' learning experience and cultivate innovation and technology talents.
