Complete the Primary One Admission Application Form and submit it together with the following documents to our school:
a) 學生出生證明文件影印本
A photocopy of student's birth certificate
b) 小一註冊證影印本
A photocopy of Primary One Registration Form
c) 統一派位選擇表格(家長存根)影印本
A photocopy of Primary One Admission (Central Allocation) Choice of Schools Form (Parent’s Copy)
d) 學生最近的成績表
Student's latest report card
e) 推薦信(如有)
Letter of recommendation (if any)
