WORD CHALLENGE STAR
This year, we revised the Word Challenge section of the Dictation. We removed the limit on the number of words students could dictate within a specific topic, allowing them to challenge themselves according to their own abilities.
Each time, one student from each class is awarded the title of Word Challenge Star. The achievements of these Word Challenge Stars are displayed on corridor posters to recognise their effort and accomplishment.
Students’ hard work is celebrated, which helps to boost their confidence and motivation. They develop a sense of pride in their achievements and are encouraged to continue participating actively in language learning.
